Top 7 Science Mysteries even Scientists aren’t able to answer.

We live in a world where we get scientific explanations in depth for any questions posed, so what I had in mind was that, for every question there is a scientific answer behind it, but I realized that I was wrong when I came across a number of mysteries where they can’t be even explained with science as of now.

This topic was so interesting for me so with some further research, I wanted to share some interesting mysteries which can’t be explained using science as of now.

1. Sleep

Till now scientists aren’t able to prove as to why different people/animals have varying sleeping time lengths, yes sleep is really important for numerous factors such as boosting immune system, improving memory etc… but have you ever realized that some people sleep for 6 hours while others sleep for 8 hours or may vary, even animals for an instance giraffe sleeps for 2hours in average per day whereas the elephant sleeps for 4 hours in average per day and scientist aren’t able to explain this variation.

2. Aliens

Our universe is so massive with billions of planets, that can be measured with light years and earth is only one of them. Since there are living beings or life on Earth, there are greater chances for other planets out there to have life as well and scientists do also agree with it. However, the interesting fact is that scientists still aren’t able to prove that aliens do exist.

3. Tsunami

We understand that tsunamis are giant waves or rapid rise in sea levels which are caused due to the movement of the tectonic plates, and when they converge it results in an earthquake which in result creates a tsunami. However, it still can’t be explained as to why the plates are moving in that manner or why can’t the plates move in the other direction.

4. Animal Migration

From season to season animals migrate from country to country, you might be able to see a group of birds in Australia during the summer and the same pack of birds in another country during the winter. Normal we use a map to move from place to place or country to country but these migrating animals don’t use, but they still reach the exact destination without getting lost. Scientists aren’t able to prove how or why exactly this happens.

5. Dark Matter

The universe is made up of roughly 80% of dark matter. For an instance in earth we are able to see how it's made up with soil, water etc… but if consider the moon and the Earth you will be able to see a black space in between, and scientists aren’t able to explain exactly as to what or how it is made. This black space is what's called as dark matter.

6. Yawn

Yawning is contagious, you might have realized this, when you see someone yawning you will naturally yawn as well. However, no one still can explain as to why people or animals yawn scientifically.

7. Black Hole

For every living thing there is an end. Even stars when they are about to die they create a black hole with massive gravitational field strength which pulls anything towards it even light. Even though scientists are able to spot and confirm that the presence of a black hole, they aren't able to explain what's inside the black hole. There are rumours that time travelling is possible when you pass through the black hole but there aren’t any given proof as of now.

May be in the future, we might find answers to all these questions.
